Since moving to our new place we have taken measures to save on electricity by removing access light and installing an AVS System. However with the need for a deep freezer, fridge and oven our electricity bills remain high.
Given what we are spending at the moment the solar panels will have paid for themselves in less than four years.

We were recently broken into and had our gas tanks, Bernards compressor, phones, tablets, a sound system, shoes, school bags and clothing items stolen.
As part of our security plan we would like to implement CCTV cameras. As well as have welding completed to better secure the doors.

At this point we have allowed them to roam in the garden but unfortunately they have been eating the vegetables that we have planted. We want to build a large enough pen to increase our numbers and have them secured and unable to reach the garden.

To ensure safety in the home we would like to install 4 fire alarms across the home so that occupants are alerted in a timely manner to any issues. If an issue does arrive and because we plan on having catering students and others in the home we would like to also install a fire extinguisher and blanket.
Fire alarms are not common place in Kenya and at the time of purchase none were installed in the home.

In a changing world it is important for everyone
to learn computer skills. Some of the boys are taking classes and some are typing at home.
We are hoping to have some of the boys assist with
